Payment
All payments are processed through Paypal Express Checkout.

YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT .

YOU CAN SIMPLY  CHOOSE THE OPTION " PAY WITH DEBIT  OR CREDIT CARD" , WITHOUT HAVING TO OWN A PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

For paying with your credit/debit card, follow the steps:

1. at checkout, fill your shipping details and choose the preferred shipping method
2.  now you will be redirected to the Paypal platform where you can choose the  second option:  "Pay with debit or credit card" 
3. here you can complete your purchase securely, without having to own a Paypal account, just by using your card.

    FREE  STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS 

    To receive your accessories in time for the holidays, place your order before the following dates:

     

    Custom order requests
    All items posted in the shop are made to order and will ship out in an estimated 2-3 days after purchase.
    The standard time frame for custom made items is 2-3 weeks. Also, if a design is complex or requires specially ordered materials, I may require more than 3 weeks to complete the piece, but I will always give you an accurate time before moving forward with payment. 
    Packages are shipped from France with a tracking number via France Postal Service but express shipping is available as well if needed sooner.
    Please contact me for more informations about the price and time frame for express shipping, as it varies depending on your location.

    For the French postal service the shipping time in Europe is about 5-8 days and for U.S, Canada, Japan or other countries might take up to 1.-15 days.

    Rush orders
    If your timing requires a tighter deadline, I would be happy to rush your order.  An additional small fee, depending on the complexity and labor of the design, might be added during the busy period of the wedding season.(june-august)

    Return and refund policy
    I'm very careful on avoiding disappointments or misunderstandings by trying to describe and portray my accessories very accurately.
    But if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, please don't hesitate to contact me and I will make my best to arrange any situation.
    The return policy lasts for 14 days.
    How does it work? After notifying me by email within 5 days of receiving the item and discussing together the situation, I will ask you to send the product back, using a trackable mail service .
    Once it is back I will issue the refund or exchange the product if you wish.
    The accessory should be shipped back in its original packaging, in the same condition, not used. The return shipping fees are not refundable.
    Items that are lost in transit will only be refunded or replaced if you select the registered mail option, which is insured and has a tracking number.

    Please note that returns/exchanges are NOT available for the following:
    -custom made accessories or specially requested colors 
    -any item not in its original condition, used, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error
    -any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
    Kindly double check that the items you wish to return do not fall under this list.

     How to care for your accessory?
    If you take care of them, you will be able to enjoy your accessories for a long time.
    When you buy a tulle of birdcage veil, you can take it out from the gift box and hang it or set it on a flat open surface for a few days, to release the wrinkles. You can as well steam it or iron it if you wish, but always use the lowest setting or place a cotton fabric between the veil and the iron for protection, as the heat can damage the veil.
    For flowers and feather fascinators, please keep them away from high humidity and after use, store them in a closed box, to avoid dust accumulation.
    As for the metal headpiecestry to handle with care and not bend them back and forth too many times, avoid any contact with hair products or high humidity and store them in a closed box, to avoid dust accumulation.

    Additional policies and FAQs

    • In many ceremonies, it is traditional for the bride to walk down the isle on the left, so most pieces are designed with the embellishments on the left side. If you need your piece designed for the right, please make a note at checkout.
    • all items are hand crafted , so please allow room for small variations
